We meet virtually. I assess your sleep/wake patterns, energy dips, light exposure, meal timing, and daily obstacles.
Step 3: Receive Your CRP
Within 48 hours, you receive a written, personalized Circadian Rhythm Protocol (CRP). Your CRP includes:
- Bedtime and waketime windows
- Morning light exposure timing
